As a Senior Copywriter and Creative Strategist at Prezzee, I helped shape one of the world's fastest-growing digital gifting companies communicate with customers across multiple international markets.
My work ranged from campaign concepts and brand messaging to product storytelling, customer communications, and emerging AI experiences. At its core, the role was about helping people see gifting not as a transaction, but as a meaningful act of connection.
The Challenge
Gift cards are often viewed as practical rather than personal.
As Prezzee expanded internationally and introduced new products, partnerships, and technologies, the challenge was maintaining a clear, consistent voice while creating campaigns that resonated emotionally with customers.
